Reports To: St.Catharines Rowing Club Head Coach
One seasonal position is available -- Monday to Friday lock up -- Weekends as required, especially during regattas in St.Catharines
Pay scale: $10/hour
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a safe environment at all times
2. General maintenance and repairs of all equipment
3. Assist with transport of equipment to away regattas
4. Work odd hours throughout the summer
5. Offer other assistance as required
Qualifications:
• Active with a St.Catharines Rowing Club Program
• Valid Ontario G2 driver’s licence
• Boating Operator’s Card
Preference will be given to those with:
• Experience with power tools
• Small engine repair
• Multi year availability

JOB POSTING-SCRC YRS HEAD INSTRUCTOR
ST.CATHARINES ROWING CLUB YOUTH ROWING SCHOOL HEAD INSTRUCTOR
Session 1: Jul 2–25 -- Session 2: Aug 11-29
Reports To: Youth Rowing School Director & SCRC Head Coach
One seasonal position is available -- Monday to Friday 7:45am – 12:45pm
Extra hours as required for orientation, swim test and preparation for season end regatta
Pay scale: $12/hour
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a safe environment at all times
2. Provide basic rowing instruction for youths, ages 10 - 15
3. Record attendance and payment of participants
4. Coordinate boating assignments, daily activities (rain or shine), and the regatta day
5. Offer other assistance as required
Qualifications:
• Active with a St.Catharines Rowing Club Program
• NCCP Level 1 Technical coaching certification
• Boating Operator’s Card
• Current basic first aid training
Preference will be given to those with:
• Coaching experience or experience working with kids
• Back ground in administration
